SLOVAK MAK joined the process of revival of poppy cultivation in Slovakia. With its advanced technological line for cleaning and processing poppy seeds, it is able to manage more than 3,000 hectares of poppy growing area per year. As a major/significant pharmaceutical and food industry supplier, SLOVAK MAK has become one of the largest contract growers and processors of poppy in the Slovak Republic, which has established itself with its products in the V4 region countries. The company is planning further development and investments to purchase technology and expand of existing production facilities.
